History | Margaret Ann Riddle studied a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and History, at the University of Adelaide, graduating in 1981, going on to complete Honours in Geography and History in 1982. She completed a Graduate Diploma in Library and Records Management at the South Australian College of Advanced Education in 1988. Ann worked both as a research assistant, and administrative assistant and an archivist during her career. She has been an active researcher, publishing on local historical and geographical subjects. She was a member of the Australian Society of Archivists, the Royal Geographical Society, the Genealogy and Heraldry Society and the SA Professional Historians Association. Ann was also involved with the National Parks and Wildlife Service with their volunteer program in the Coorong and Ngarkat National Parks. She worked as archivist on the collections of the Architecture Museum (formerly the Architecture Archive) from 1983 until 1999. |
