Biography
Margaret Ann Riddle studied a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and History, at the University of Adelaide, graduating in 1981, going on to complete Honours in Geography and History in 1982. She completed a Graduate Diploma in Library and Records Management at the South Australian College of Advanced Education in 1988. Ann worked both as a research assistant, and administrative assistant and an archivist during her career. She has been an active researcher, publishing on local historical and geographical subjects. She was a member of the Australian Society of Archivists, the Royal Geographical Society, the Genealogy and Heraldry Society and the SA Professional Historians Association. Ann was also involved with the National Parks and Wildlife Service with their volunteer program in the Coorong and Ngarkat National Parks. She worked as archivist on the collections of the Architecture Museum (formerly the Architecture Archive) from 1983 until 1999.

Contains a single series of research material colelcted by Ann Riddle. Includes contains architectural specification and documentation for a photographer’s platform for the S.A. Association 4WD clubs at Ngarkat Conservation Park, Border Track, Trig Hill, S.A./Vic. drawn by J. M. Pruszinski., Nov. 1994. Also includes research materials on the Adelaide East End markets site; and a selection of miscellaneous maps, brochures and copies of research material related to South Australian history.
