TIDEMAN, Arthur Collection
Contains a single series of material related to the design and construction of a private residence for Arthur and Ruth Tideman, in 1959. The Tidemans chose a Small Homes Service designed house (Plan AC 301), which was built by Classic Construction at 32 (later renumbered as 42) Adelaide Street, Magill. Includes architectural drawings of the house, a contract with the builder, council approval documentation, home loan documentation and photographs of the house during and after construction.
