Description | Items S260/5/1-63 and S260/5/67-68 are from practical handbooks of building and gardens, 1738, 1739 and 1741 with all engraving done by Batty’s brother Thomas. Some pages show signs of much use. On the back of 5/62 is written in ink “Thomas Wray Book” perhaps by an 18th century owner.
